We are an independent investment fund manager in Mexico that offers specialized financial advice tailored to the needs and risk profiles of each client. We are regulated and authorized by the Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, CNBV), by the Mexican Ministry of Finance (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, SHCP), and by the Mexican Central Bank (Banco de México).

We strictly adhere to all tax, risk management, and money laundering regulations. We are also supervised by the CNBV and audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Furthermore, we comply with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, (FATCA) and with the Common Reporting Standard (CRS): a series of rules for exchanging information by financial institutions established by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

We are also supervised by the National Commission for the Defense of Financial Services Users (Comisión Nacional para la Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros, Condusef), and participate in the Mexican Association of Securities Intermediaries (Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones Bursátiles, AMIB), that also acts as a self-regulating organism.

In compliance with best practices in corporate governance, we have our own Board of Directors, of which 69% are independent directors. The Board is supported by four committees. The members of the Audit Committee are independent of the Fund Manager.

We are members of the Consejo Consultivo de Finanzas Verdes, a representational organism of the Mexican financial sector that promotes sustainable finances as the driver behind the transition to a greener and more inclusive economy.

Our results are founded on a value-creating strategy geared toward developing unique investment products, establishing commercial partnerships, maintaining very demanding corporate governance practices, and strengthening communication with clients through digital technologies.

In 2020, Morningstar, a leading company in the independent investment research and analysis sector, recognized Finaccess México as the Best Variable Rate Operator in Mexico, after analyzing 31 operators in our country.

Additionally, the Consejo Latinoamericano de Calidad Humana y Responsabilidad Social granted us our fifth CRESE certificate as an “outstanding company”, with one of the highest scores obtained by the companies that were audited in 2020.
